In this brief, we present a Hamiltonian-identification method for closed quantum system whose time-trace observables are measured with colored measurement noise. The dynamics of the described by Liouville equation that can be converted into coherence vector representation. Since process is disturbed classical noise, introduce an augmented model to describe total dynamics, where noise parameterized. Based on as well data, find realization unknown parameters employing eigenstate-realization algorithm. identified using transfer-function-based technique. Quantized identification of ARMA systems with colored measurement noise
This paper studies the identification of ARMA systemswith coloredmeasurement noises using finite-level quantized observations. Comparedwith the case under colorless noises, this problem ismore challenging. Our approach is to jointly design an adaptive quantizer and a recursive estimator to identify system parameters. Specifically, the quantizer uses the latest estimate to adjust its thresholds,...
متن کاملQuantum Hamiltonian identification from measurement time traces.
Precise identification of parameters governing quantum processes is a critical task for quantum information and communication technologies. In this Letter, we consider a setting where system evolution is determined by a parametrized Hamiltonian, and the task is to estimate these parameters from temporal records of a restricted set of system observables (time traces). Based on the notion of syst...

We explain the mechanism leading to directed chaotic transport in Hamiltonian systems with spatial and temporal periodicity. We show that a mixed phase space comprising both regular and chaotic motion is required and we derive a classical sum rule which allows one to predict the chaotic transport velocity from properties of regular phase-space components. Transport in quantum Hamiltonian ratche...
متن کاملReduction of Classical Measurement Noise via Quantum-Dense Metrology.
Quantum-dense metrology constitutes a special case of quantum metrology in which two orthogonal phase space projections of a signal are simultaneously sensed beyond the shot-noise limit. Previously, it was shown that the additional sensing channel that is provided by quantum-dense metrology contains information that can be used to identify and to discard corrupted segments from the measurement ...
متن کاملUse of Hamiltonian mechanics in systems driven by colored noise.
The evaluation of the path-integral representation for stochastic processes in the weak-noise limit shows that these systems are governed by a set of equations which are those of a classical dynamics. We show that, even when the noise is colored, these may be put into a Hamiltonian form which leads to better insights and improved numerical treatments. We concentrate on solving Hamilton's equati...
